There's a moment many of us know well: you know something's wrong, but you don't know exactly what. You go to work, you do the things, but every day there's an underlying frustration you can't quite name. So you do the most obvious thing — you look for another job. Except you look somewhat at random, based on what the market offers, on what you studied, on the requirements that seem to match you. You're not really choosing. You're reacting.
That was me in 2024. I had no clarity on what I wanted to do, and without that clarity every decision seemed equally good or equally wrong.
So I asked myself a question: is it possible to build a path — a series of questions, activities, reflections — that brings me at least a little closer to an answer? Not the definitive answer, because that doesn't exist and will change over time. But something more solid to lean on.
I built Back to Me thinking only about myself. No model to copy, no guru to follow. Just a simple logic: first look inside yourself, then look at where you want to go, then honestly look at how you're living now, then find the gap, then build small, concrete steps to move in the right direction.
I did it. And a year and a half later, the things I set out for myself back then are what I'm living out now. There's nothing magical about it — I finally had a clear starting point.
